Student Ministries at Springfield Baptist is made up of 6th through 12th grade students from all over Delaware County. SSM currently draws students from the following schools and districts: Springfield, Upper Darby, Haverford, Academy Park, Marple/Newtown, Ridley Park, Prendie, Interboro, and Lower Merion. Every Sunday night from 6 to 8pm SSM meets for the B.L.A.S.T. (Big Loud Awesome Spiritual Thing). There is time for games, Praise & Worship, a Lesson, and just some time to hang out in the Outreach Center. SSM also has two small groups that meet throughout the month. L.A.U.N.C.H. (Learning And Understanding New Christ-like Habits) meets every Sunday morning at 9:30am during Sunday School. They have a time of prayer, breakfast, and a Bible Study. The other small group L.I.F.T. (Living In Faith Together) meets every Wednesday evening in the Outreach Center. This Bible study is student-led, discussion-oriented, and life-changing. For more information about SSM, please call the church office (610-543-8879).
