What to Expect

If you'd like to visit us, here's what you should know!

At SBC, we strive to be a congregation that loves God, loves each other, and loves our community. We look to God's Word (the Bible) as our guide and we believe that it is the ultimate source of truth and life for us and for the world.

  1. There's no dress code! Feel free to dress in whatever way is comfortable to you. In our service, you'll find everything from jeans, t-shirts, and sweatshirts to a suit and tie.

  2. Families and children are always welcome! We have a fully-staffed nursery, and all nursery workers undergo thorough background checks. Elementary-aged children are welcomed in our Children's Church where the Word of God is taught in a fun, engaging way.

  3. We don't invite you here for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. Please don't feel any obligation to participate in the offering as our guest.

  4. We host children's programming throughout the year. Vacation Bible School in the summer and Awana Club from September to May. Check our calendar for other events.

  5. The preaching and teaching will be grounded in God's Word. We believe that the Bible is intended to be our guide in this life, and we strive to faithfully teach God's Word.

  6. Our worship service includes both traditional hymns and contemporary styles of music.
